How often would you come across a 330 cm alligator resting in front of your door? What will you do then?
For most people, they would scream loudly and try to frighten it away, or feed it. The enticements of human society lured so much wild animals to break in houses.
In this serious of photos, several wild species which were accidently entered in human society were captured. Including a white-tailed deer beside a television in restroom, a horse on the cement road next to the compacted apartments and a alligator resting in a doorway.
For me, these are so irony.
Which one should not ever exist in each photo?
For a decade, deforestation becomes more serious. Habitats of wild animals shrink into a desperate state. For example, a black bear per a kilometer is the most sustain and ideal living condition. But most of it is now living together in a small forest that is so close to those suburban human societies.
I think this is not their fault breaking into houses. Because animals cannot think logically like us, they are just searching for something to sustain their life, especially when their situation becomes so worse. Sometimes, most of them are driven by curiosity. It is just curious about those modern structures or child sounds, the action of sniffing around is no harm to anyone.
It would be unfair and unethical to kill those ‘invaders’ or use it as a way to control the ‘overpopulation’ wildlife creatures. Human is invader ourselves, we are so selfish that we always control and make decisions for others.
Obviously I feel sorry to those animals, but my words here won’t help anything indeed. I hope I could be a activist or helper in any NGOs to voice out for them.
